We work together with three delivery partners: Bpost, DHL and DPD. As soon as your package is processed in our warehouse, packed and ready for the delivery service to be picked up, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail with which you can track the package.
We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy if you are not happy with your order for any reason.
